Live Chat is available on the SparkStream portal Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm AEST. Average wait time is under 3 minutes. Start a chat from the Help icon in the bottom-right corner of any page.

Phone — Call 1800 SPARK 1 (1800 772 751) for billing enquiries (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm AEST) or fault reporting (24/7).

Email — Send enquiries to support@sparkstream.com.au. Response time is within 1 business day for general enquiries and within 4 hours for billing disputes.
