AutoPay lets SparkStream automatically debit your account on a fixed day each month, removing the need to manually pay each bill.
To set up AutoPay, navigate to the Billing page and complete the AutoPay Setup form. You can choose between Credit Card and Bank Transfer (BECS Direct Debit). Bank Transfer payments are processed through Australia's Bulk Electronic Clearing System and typically have no processing fees.
Once you accept the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement and click Submit, your AutoPay preference is saved immediately. You can cancel or update your AutoPay settings at any time before your next billing date by returning to the Billing page and clicking "Edit AutoPay settings."
