Your SparkStream bill is made up of three components: a daily supply charge, a peak usage charge, and an off-peak usage charge.
The supply charge ($1.07/day) covers the cost of maintaining the network connection to your property regardless of how much energy you use. Peak usage ($0.3412/kWh) applies between 7am–11pm on weekdays. Off-peak usage ($0.1287/kWh) applies overnight and on weekends — the best time to run high-consumption appliances like dishwashers and washing machines.
Your bill is issued at the end of each monthly billing cycle. The due date is always 14 days after the statement date. If you have AutoPay enabled, the amount is debited automatically on your preferred billing day.
