What to Do If You Miss a Payment

Grace periods, late fees, and how to get back on track.

If your payment is not received by the due date, a $12.50 late payment fee may be applied to your next statement. SparkStream provides a 7-day grace period before any late fees are assessed.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact our Customer Support team before the due date. SparkStream offers flexible payment plans and hardship arrangements in accordance with the Australian Energy Regulator's customer protection guidelines.

To avoid missed payments, we recommend setting up AutoPay or enabling billing notifications via your Account page so you receive a reminder 5 days before each due date.
