Managing Notification Preferences

Control which alerts you receive and how.

SparkStream can notify you across three channels: Email, SMS, and Push (via the mobile app). You can configure each channel independently for four notification types:

Billing — Alerts when a new statement is issued and reminders before your payment due date.

Usage Alerts — Triggered when you cross the thresholds you set on the Usage page.

Outages — Real-time notifications about planned and unplanned outages affecting your service address.

Promotions — Occasional offers and plan upgrade opportunities.

Changes saved on the Notification Preferences grid on your Account page take effect within 15 minutes.
