Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) requires you to verify your identity with a one-time code in addition to your password whenever you log in from a new device. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.
To enable 2FA, go to the Account page, scroll to the Security section, and toggle the Two-Factor Authentication switch. You will be prompted to scan a QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy are all supported).
SparkStream strongly recommends enabling 2FA, particularly because your account contains payment method details and billing history. If you lose access to your authenticator app, contact Customer Support to initiate an account recovery process.
