If you need to update your service address due to a move, please contact Customer Support directly — service address changes require verification and may affect your plan eligibility or network tariff.
Your account number (ACC-2847-SYD) is assigned at registration and cannot be changed. Keep it handy when contacting support or making BPAY payments.
